Home staging estimates take approximately 1-2 hours.

We are flexible and will work closely with you & your clients to meet the desired budget.

This is an in-depth analysis of both the interior & exterior of the home.

A thorough room by room evaluation is performed and a detailed written report of our recommendations is provided to the homeowner.

Consultations take approximately 2-3 hours.

This is a great budget friendly alternative.

Furniture rental is not required as we work with homeowners existing furnishings/accessories. 

This includes the cost of creative design  planning, re-positioning furniture based on our recommendations and any additional required accessories from our inventory, such as:

• Bath accessories
• Bedding/towels
• Decorative objects
• Pillows/throws
• Greenery/florals
• Lifestyle elements
• Vases, candles, holders…

This is a great option for foreign  buyers, investors as well as for market listings with tight timelines.
